A beautifully unique French vintage white soup tureen with elegant handles, four little feet, and on the lid a wonderfully ornate handle with what looks like spring onions and foliage. A very unusual piece indeed. Maker's mark underneath tells us it's demi-porcelaine by French manufacturer, Luneville.

Condition: good used vintage condition with the expected age-related wear to the feet, crazing, and small areas of worn glaze/imperfections to the circumference of the tureen; the lid has the odd nibble on the inner rim and out of sight, under the handle which is barely noticeable, and on the very outer circumference.
